How do I return an item?

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us within 10 days from shipping date and in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for a refund. We will take it back and refund the full purchase price (S&H charges are non refundable). Items qualified for FREE SHIPPING will be charged a 10% Restocking FEE for shipping and handling. Please call or email us in advance for an RA (return authorization) number. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without the RA number.


Restocking

A 20% restocking fee applies to all products returned after the 10-day grace period. A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all merchandise returned between 20-30 days of the original ship date. Returns after 30 days will be refused.
