Trainer allows creation of a sternotomy by\n  trainees,\n  including identifying landmarks by feel, incision of skin, cutting the sternum, and wiring it closed. Replaceable High\n  Fidelity RIMAs and LIMAs attach to underside of sternal bib to allow practice of thorascopic take-down, dissection,\n  and\n  graft harvesting. Replaceable Epicardial Sleeve (#TCG-1580) covering the surface of the heart may be incised to expose\n  target coronary arteries for CABG.\n  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n  Our patented Beating Heart technology has the feel and movement of a live human heart, accurately simulates\n  systole\/diastole, and allows control of heart rate. These hearts are animated by the combined action of our Beating\n  Heart Controller (#TCG-1464) and a regulated source of compressed air. (“Wall air” may be used in lieu of a compressor if\n  air pressure is regulated.) Its modular chambers and aorta are replaceable and easily exchanged for deliberate\n  practice\n  without the use of animal tissue. Cannulatable, suturable, and replaceable Right Atrium (#TCG-1524) and Aorta (#TCG-1523)\n  accept\n  pressurized fluid flow.
