The MARCH-X is a simulator designed for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care
(TECC) training. It enables medical personnel, military teams, and first responders to develop lifesaving skills in
high-stress environments
Built to withstand rigorous use, it covers all stages of the MARCH protocol, preparing trainees for emergency
scenarios.
Life-Size Anatomy
Stands 1.95m tall and weighs 80kg, providing a realistic full-body simulation. Detachable limbs allow for
easier transport and handling.

HEMORRHAGE-X
MARCH-X features several wounds connected through individual tubes to deliver realistic bleeding.
You can pump simulated blood through the wounds using a squeeze bottle or elevate the
authenticity of the training by using our bleeding simulation pump, HEMORRHAGE-X.

The tutor can control several bleeding parameters using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with the

Warranty
This product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a defect occurs within this period, MEDICAL-X will repair or replace the defective item at no
additional cost. For warranty claims, proof of purchase and detailed documentation of the
defect are required. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
