Oral and Maxillo Facial Surgery Simulator with Optional Fractures
The MAX Simulator (Traumatology model) by Pro Delphus is designed for training in orthognathic interventions and oral maxillofacial trauma. It features a male head model with articulated components such as the oral cavity, palate, tongue, nerves, vessels, and facial structures. The simulator allows for realistic practice of fracture corrections and surgical techniques like plate application, screw placement, and orbit support. Available in multiple configurations, it supports facial polytrauma scenarios, subcondylar fractures, and more, offering a highly customizable training experience.

Regular instruments and synthesis artifacts from real surgery are required, also allowing for final
radiographic
control.
Important Notice: Since these surgical units are made to simulate a real surgical scenario, the units cannot be re-used after the procedures are complete. Therefore, a new surgical unit would be required for practicing and to perform the same procedures again.

There are 4 Surgical Units versions available for you to choose from:- Politrauma (MAX-1T) – Facial polytrauma with up to 7 fractures, used for surgical correction of fractures or orthognathic surgery
- Anatomical (MAX-1TA) – No pre-existing fractures, offering the possibility to teach regular techniques of the proposed surgery
- Subcondylar (MAX-1TS) – Skull with mandible and bilateral subcondylar fracture
- Zygomatic (MAX-1TZ) – Skull with bilateral zygomatic fractures, frontal sinus fracture with mucosa, parasymphysis jaw fracture on the right side, and subcondylar fracture on the left
(MAX-0T) Acrylic Base included.
