Eviscerated Belly

The most realistic and versatile trauma sleeve for abdominal injury simulation.

The MEDICFX Eviscerated Abdomen is designed to replicate exposed abdominal organs and soft tissue trauma for advanced medical simulation. Made with soft, skin-like silicone reinforced with mesh, it combines durability with lifelike realism. The integrated Velcro and Veltex backing fabric make application fast and adjustable, allowing it to fit most simulated patients (SPs) and manikins. Each piece is hand-painted by our FX artists to create a clinically authentic training tool.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
  • Attach Veltex backing fabric to one side of the silicone sleeve.
  • Wrap around the skin of the SP or manikin.
  • Secure with Velcro fastening.
  • Conceal edges with clothing or bandages as required for the scenario.
TRAINING
  • Designed for abdominal evisceration simulation.
  • Ideal for:
    • Trauma surgery training
    • Emergency response and field casualty care
    • Haemorrhage control and wound dressing practice
    • High-stress tactical and clinical simulation
  • Suitable for both SPs and manikins.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Wash silicone with warm soapy water; disinfect with isopropyl alcohol.
  • Veltex backing fabric can be hand-washed in warm soapy water and dried flat.
  • Use translucent powder to reduce shine if required.
  • Dry thoroughly with a soft towel or hairdryer.
  • Store clean and dry, in a cool dark environment.
WARRANTY
  • MEDICFX warrants the Trauma Kit MP1000 against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.
  • Excludes: normal wear and tear (cuts, stains, fading), misuse, or improper cleaning.
  • If defective, MEDICFX may repair, replace, or refund.
  • All claims must be supported with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
