The Advanced Venipuncture Training Aid™ features four barely discernible blue veins in three different sizes, with the fourth vein deeply placed. All veins are within our proprietary latex-free Dermalike™ for a realistic training scenario. The Advanced Venipuncture Training Aid is the perfect practice IV training kit—it’s just like accessing a real patient! As the IV catheter enters the vein, a realistic “flashback” of simulated blood confirms proper needle placement, helping build hand-eye coordination, confidence, and improving competency, while ensuring your patient’s safety. The Venipuncture Training Aid is the ideal VATA model for venipuncture training for nurses, vet techs, EMTs, and more.
A great alternative to IV training arms, all veins, including a deeply placed vein, are within our proprietary latex-free Dermalike™ for a realistic training scenario. This venipuncture training model is comparable to an IV training arm, but at a more affordable price point. Our model sets up quickly and easily and has a much lower cost per use compared to the average IV training arm.
As the IV catheter enters the vein in the IV training kit, a realistic “flashback” of simulated blood confirms proper needle placement. This confirmation helps build hand-eye coordination, confidence, and improves competency, while ensuring patient safety. Ideal for phlebotomy and venipuncture practice, as well as vein training courses, this is the perfect VATA model for your venipuncture training needs.
