Realistic Infant Simulator 'Holly' with Advanced Airway and Intubation Training

Holly is a fully silicone infant with an incredibly lifelike appearance. She is made of a sturdy silicone that offers flexibility and durability. She has soft-rooted hair and eyes that are either sleepily half open or hidden by closed eyelids. Her limbs have bones that allow them to bend naturally. Her neck has a full range of movement for endotracheal intubation. However, due to this, Holly is unable to support the weight of her own head.

Baby functionality:
The infant has a realistic airway and has all the airway features you would expect to see on laryngoscopy; epiglottis, vocal cords, trachea, and even carina. Holly can be intubated and bag mask ventilated or ventilated on a mechanical ventilator. Her two lungs provide visible unilateral or bilateral chest movement on positive pressure ventilation.
It is also possible to insert an oral feeding tube with a tract ending in the anus.
Holly features an integrated urinary bladder built into her abdomen and can be catheterised.

Option: this baby can be ordered with external birth defects that could have caused it’s passing.

Preparation instructions:

Lubricate baby when birthing; use hair conditioner, soapy water or personal lubricant.

Care instructions:

Please treat the baby as you would do a real baby.
Do NOT pull on arms or legs. Be extra gentle with hair and eyelashes.
Store the baby out of direct sunlight and in a cool, dry environment.
Angel Libby can be washed with shampoo included in the kit, though avoid introduction of water into the mouth and lungs as this may damage the manikin. Dry Angel Libby thoroughly and powder with baby powder.
As Silicone is an oil based product, it may develop a shiny film on the skin over time. Wipe off any oily residue with Isopropyl Alcohol. Dry with a hairdryer. Use the included baby powder and brush this over the shiny areas. Avoid getting powder on eyes and lips as it may dull the shiny finish on these surfaces.
Vernix on the body cannot be removed.

All products that are faulty or damaged need to be notified, with a photo of the damage, within a week after receiving the products. If the damage or fault is due to fabrication, the faulty product can be returned and repaired, replaced or refunded.
MEDICFX offers a 6 month warranty on the silicone parts of your model. With normal, gentle use no rips or tears should occur. There is no warranty on hairwork
