The most realistic and versatile wrap around for simulating industrial or boating injury lacerations.
The MEDICFX Multiple Lacerations Wrap Around replicates several large, deep lacerations across the skin. Ideal for simulating workplace tool accidents, boating injuries, or other traumatic events, this model provides lifelike realism for hands-on training. Made from soft, skin-like silicone reinforced with mesh for strength, it is both flexible and durable. The Velcro fastening and Veltex backing fabric ensure fast application and size adjustment, making it compatible with both simulated patients (SPs) and manikins. Each model is hand-painted by our FX artists to ensure realistic presentation.

- Attach the Veltex backing fabric to the Velcro on one side of the silicone model.
- Wrap around the desired body site of the SP or manikin.
- Secure with the Velcro closure.
- Hide edges with clothing or bandages to match the training scenario.
- Optional: add blood, bruising, or dirt to intensify realism
- Designed for multiple laceration simulation.
- Ideal for:
- Workplace accident training (e.g. tool-related injuries)
- Boating and recreational injury simulation
- Emergency wound cleaning, dressing, and haemorrhage control practice
- Trauma management training for first responders
- Suitable for both SPs and manikins.
- Durable and reusable across multiple sessions.
- Wash silicone with warm soapy water; disinfect with isopropyl alcohol.
- Veltex backing fabric can be hand-washed in warm soapy water and dried flat.
- Use translucent powder to reduce shine if required.
- Dry thoroughly with a soft towel or hairdryer.
- Store clean and dry, in a cool dark environment.
- MEDICFX warrants the Trauma Kit MP1000 against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery.
- Excludes: normal wear and tear (cuts, stains, fading), misuse, or improper cleaning.
- If defective, MEDICFX may repair, replace, or refund.
- All claims must be supported with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
